Designing a custom app from scratch for Madrid Taxis. The biggest design challenge was ensuring the app was usable by both older and younger users. Special emphasis was placed on analyzing the usage patterns of these two user profiles to create a design that was both user-friendly and appealing to both demographics. As the lead UX/UI designer, I oversaw the entire design process, from initial client meetings to final development documentation, collaborating with an illustrator for the project’s artwork and animations.
